Initiation (Diksha) Ceremony

On the auspicious day of Lalita Sakhis Appearance Day all the devotees assembled together to celebrate the start of their spiritual life, which for some was many years ago by taking Harinam Diksha from Srila Bhakti Asraya Keshava Maharaja.

The devotees taking shelter on this special occasion were Kae Dunne (Krishna Kirtan Prabhu), Angelees Dunne (Madhurya Lila Devi Dasi), Kesava Dunne (Kesava Prabhu), Shyama Dunne (Shyama Devi Dasi), Kae's mother (Jamuna Devi Dasi) , and Madhavi White (Yogamaya Dasi).

Srila B A Keshava Maharaja chanted on all his disciples beads and gifted them Tulsi Kunti Mala, Tulsi Japa Mala, and a booklet containing information on how to chant the Holy Name nicely, along with a picture for the disciples altars. All the assembled devotees enjoyed Maharaja's speech along with the kirtan that followed. Krishna prasadam was served out shortly after and was honoured by all the devotees, talk about nectar!

Many thanks to all the devotees who came along to support us on this very special occasion.

All glories to all the previous Acharyas!

All glories to Srila Bhakti Asraya Keshava Maharaja!

Hare Krishna!
