Hari Kirtan On The Marine Parade

On Saturday the Hawkes Bay devotees met up at the Napier beach along the Marine Parade to have kirtan, honour Krishna prasadam and to take company of the Absolute Truth (Satsang).

It was a very hot day, the sun bet down hard on the earth as the devotees congregated together to glorify Lord Krishna's Holy Names on the hot stones overlooking the sea.

Krishna Kirtan Prabhu led a beautiful kirtan while the rest of the devotees repeated the chants melodiously. The atmosphere was wonderful, surgarged with spiritual enthusiasm and toghetherness.

Later on the devotees were delighted to honour the Lords prasadam which included marinated curd steaks for the main, then banana and mango halava with whipped cream for dessert.

A big thank you to Krishna Kirtan Prabhu, Madhurya Lila Devi Dasi, Navadvipa Candra Prabhu, Rasa Sundari Devi Dasi, Richard, John and all others who came along to make this event as amazing as it was. A big thank you also to Srila B A Keshava Maharaja for bringing everyone togehether and for making this all possible.

The devotees walked away from the beach with smiles on their faces, Krishna on their minds, and maybe even a touch of sunburn on their faces.

All glories to Sri Guru and Gauranga!

All glories to all the Masters!

Hare Krishna!
